C/N Group Completes Arlington Acquisition

The C/N Group has a strong presence in the market for outpatient surgical services. A prime example is the Center for Ambulatory Surgery, located in West Seneca, New York.

Completed in July 2001, the Center contains more than 18,000 square feet of space, with 5 GI rooms, 4 general surgery suites and room for additional capacity. Over 1,500 procedures per month across multiple specialties are currently performed at this facility by more than 80 surgeons. This state-of-the-art facility serves Buffalo, New York and the greater Western New York region.

This Ambulatory Surgery Center is a “50/50” equity partnership of The C/N Group and several Western New York area physicians. The C/N Group was the project developer, and also provides management services to the ASC operation.
