University Park Medical Center

This 40,000 square foot multi-specialty clinic, is located in Gary, Indiana and contains offices for over 25 physician groups, representing most specialties.  Completed in 1989, the University Park Medical Center has become a model for serving the needs of an underserved community.  The C/N Group developed the medical center, provides facility management services, and is a significant equity partner in the property. 

Arbors Development

This 20-acre, premier planned-unit development, houses both a multi-specialty clinic as well as a diagnostic center.  Phase I of the development began in 1994 and continues today with Phases II and III.  A new medical office building, surgery center, bank, and two full-service restaurants are scheduled for completion on the balance of the commercial land.  The C/N Group owns 33% of this anticipated $22 million development.

Amherst Medical Park

This development is located in the heart of the upscale Amherst suburban market near Buffalo, New York.  Completed in 1996, it is a medical complex designed for the entire community, and features a 2-story 13,000 square foot building as its anchor.   There is ample room to add to the existing structure as the total site is 3 acres.  The C/N Group is 50% owner and manager of the property.
