The C/N Group has always sought unique healthcare related projects in which to invest. While not part of the company’s core business, these initiatives have allowed the firm to leverage its competencies to other arenas within the healthcare industry.
 

Examples of projects that the C/N Group has completed and/or is currently pursing include: urgent care facilities, sleep centers, dialysis centers and balance centers.
 

One of the most unique projects undertaken was the development of a hotel located in Buffalo, NY’s downtown medical corridor.  This property (now a Doubletree Club) was completed in the fall of 1998 at a total expense of nearly $11 million.  This unique healthcare product is designed to accommodate the needs of patients, family members, and visitors of the medical corridor.  Direct connectors provide covered access to both the Roswell Park Cancer Institute and the Buffalo General Hospital.  The C/N Group owns 100% of this development.
