Ravi Chopra,
President & CEO
-
Ravi is responsible
for managing various activities of The C/N Group and its
affiliated entities on a nationwide basis. Under his leadership,
the C/N Group has completed health care related projects
totaling over $75 million in capital expenditures. The C/N Group
and its affiliated entities comprise an annual revenue base in
excess of $20 million.
Prior to founding the C/N Group in 1980, Ravi served in various
executive management positions in the steel industry, including
Chief Industrial Engineer for Youngstown Steel (now
International Steel Group) and Director of Engineering Services
for Wisconsin Steel (now Envirodyne Industries).
Ravi holds a BSME from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh,
India; MSIE from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater,
Oklahoma, and MBA from Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Raman Chopra,
Chief Information Officer -
Rum oversees all
marketing and technology related activities for The C/N Group.
He also has a variety of operational responsibilities for
various projects and healthcare practices currently managed by
the firm. Prior to joining The C/N Group in the Spring 1997, Rum
spent 7 years in Strategic Consulting. His last position was as
Director of Consulting Services for Equifax, a leading
Information Services company. Rum holds a BS in Economics and an
MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Rajiv Chopra,
Director of Strategic Planning -
Raj oversees the
strategic planning efforts for the C/N Group with an emphasis on
growth and business development. Raj has prior work experience
in the Banking and Management Consulting industries. Before
joining the C/N Group, Raj was a Principal Consultant in the
Strategic Change practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. Raj holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University
and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management
at Northwestern University.

Thomas Faith,
Vice President Healthcare Operations - Tom is responsible
for managing all Healthcare Operations in Western New York. With
over 25 years of administrative experience in the healthcare
industry, Tom brings an enormous amount of knowledge to each
project. Before joining The C/N Group in 1996, Tom was the
Assistant Administrator for a large Public/Academic Medical
Center. Tom also sat on the National Policy Development
Committee of the National Association of Public Hospitals and is
a fellow of the National Public Health’s Hospital Institute. Tom
holds an MS in Hospital Administration from the University of
Missouri and a BS in Biology from St. John Fischer College.

Charles Lakso,
Manager, Diagnostic Imaging Services
- Chuck is responsible
for managing the C/N Group’s three diagnostic imaging facilities
(Physician Imaging Centers) in the Western New York region. With
over 25 years of experience in healthcare finance and
operations, he brings significant expertise to the Company.
Before joining the C/N Group in 2001, Chuck was the Imaging
Administrator for a five hospital healthcare system; the largest
in Western New York. He also sat on the Board of two local
healthcare providers. Chuck is a retired US Army Officer, a
Desert Storm veteran, holds an MBA, with healthcare emphasis
from the SUNY at Buffalo and a BS in Biology and Chemistry from
Bowling Green State University.
